Merchant Platform Status by Division
Find merchants in a division or inspect a single merchant to determine whether they are boarded to VANTIV, VCORE, BOTH, or neither.
Logic: This production tool resolves merchants from a division or merchant ID, checks
merchantPlatformStatuses for status 2, then validates the required entityRefs stages for VANTIV and VCORE. It also flags missing expressCreds only when another merchant in the same division has them.
